Robin Roman Wright – Career Coach residing in the Greater Boston Area, BCC, M.A. – provides career coaching and ADHD coaching privately to teens and young adults ages 15–29. She specifically targets this age group because she enjoys helping young people find their niche and launch into the world of work and business.
While she is a career coach in Boston for youth in general, she specializes in working with young people who have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), whether the inattentive type or the hyperactive type. She works with a world-renowned team of professionals and now is offering coaching services to teens and young adults with ADHD in her private coaching practice. She offers customized counseling that is strengths-based and structured for her clients with ADHD. Robin works with teens and young adults to help them set goals, reach their goals, and lead productive, enjoyable lives. She provides tools and techniques to enhance her clients’ organizational, time management and decision-making skills. In addition, she helps students learn study skills. When providing career coaching, she helps clients identify their skills, talents and gifts.
Robin believes in using the “What Color Is Your Parachute? For Teens” process as the foundation for career counseling because—while in her twenties—she benefited greatly from using the adult version of the book.[1] Due to what she learned through that career exploration process, she has enjoyed an interesting career using her transferable skills and gifts in a variety of settings—financial services companies, non-profits, private schools and now as a career coach and business owner in Greater Boston. She likes helping young people do the self-exploration and thoughtful career planning that can start them on a rewarding career path.
